Reflection: Red Dot Museum Visit

Question: How do you find the product designs in the red dot museum?

Answer: They are very different and interesting. I had never thought that such things like this even existed.

Question: Are you able to relate the designs to what you have learnt from SCAMPER?

Answer: Yes as most of the products are basically products which exist but are made from different materials or some parts have been removed or changed.

Questions: What advantages do creative product designs have and how can Singapore leverage on this?

Answer: It will make Singapore more popular and they can have competitions on a national level to promote innovation.

What is innovation? What is not innovation?

I think every thing done to a product is innovation but some innovations are better than others. I think that all innovations are useful but sometimes they are not esthetically pleasing.

You can charge a battery while working on your computer and then use it to play with your toys. I think it is useful as you save time and energy.
